Rescue is expensive. Investigations, safe houses, extractions, medical care, legal advocacy, therapy — every step costs money that frontline rescue teams often don't have.

A Letter From Our Director

Hello, I'm Mike. I'm a veteran and retired law enforcement officer, and the founder and director of Tactical Rescue International, a non-profit 501(c)(3).
Since 2017 I have been working as an undercover operator in human trafficking cases in Central and South America, and more recently, doing rescue work in the Philippines. These cases are often complicated, dangerous, and costly. Thankfully, I've had the opportunity to work with dedicated men and women who have a passion to do whatever they can to fight against this evil industry.
Most of the men and women I work with are volunteers. We donate our time and efforts and travel wherever we're needed to gather evidence, do surveillance, assist in arrests, and identify traffickers and victims. We always work with the prosecutors and law enforcement agencies in the country we're operating in — because our goal is to see victims rescued and given aftercare so they can return to as much of a normal life as possible. We also want to see successful prosecutions of those responsible for this heinous crime — so that victims, with the right help, can stop being a human trafficking victim and start being a human trafficking survivor.
This organization is not about making a movie, writing a book, or paying six-figure salaries. We have no payroll. All funds donated to Tactical Rescue International go directly toward operation expenses — travel, lodging, and meals for the operators. The only overhead is a minimal expense for accounting, tax preparation, and legal fees.
We do not receive any tax dollars. All our funds come from generous donors like you who recognize the urgent need to act but may not know how to get involved. Your donations make a direct impact — together, we can keep operations going, give hope to victims, and change lives forever.
