WHAT WE DO

Hello I’m Mike. I am a veteran and retired law enforcement officer and the founder and director of Tactical Rescue International, a non-profit 501(c)(3) For the past 7 years I have been working as an undercover operator in human trafficking cases in Central and South America and more recently, doing rescue work in the Philippines. These cases are often complicated, dangerous and costly. Thankfully, I’ve had the opportunity to work with dedicated men and women who have a passion to do whatever they can to fight against this evil industry. Most of the men and women I work with are volunteers. We donate our time and efforts and travel wherever we’re needed to gather evidence, do surveillance, assist in arrests, and identify traffickers and victims. We always work with the prosecutors and law enforcement agencies in the country we’re operating in because our goal is to successfully see victims rescued and given aftercare so hopefully, they can return to as much of a normal life as possible. We also want to see successful prosecutions of those responsible for this heinous, inhumane crime against these victims, who with the right help, can stop being a human trafficking victim, and start being a human trafficking survivor. This organization is not about making a movie or writing a book or paying six figure salaries. We have no payroll. All funds donated to Tactical Rescue International go directly to operation expenses such as airfare, lodging, meals for the operators.
